The title comes from a quote about the music business by Hunter S. Thompson while the story follows the wild ride of Ellis McClure and his two friends, Bax and Chloe, who take a road trip to Los Angeles after their college grad. Once they reach LA, all three get caught up in the world of "sex, drugs and rock 'n roll."
